Be a part of #ArtWithHeart this #GivingTuesday Season!
Use art to help spread love and joy. To share your art, see instructions below.
During the #GivingTuesday season, we’re asking MBA members to help us provide healing power to critically ill or injured children through creative expression.
All entries must be received by December 3 to be considered.
No donation necessary and there is no reward for winning other than knowing you are helping others.
Artwork can be submitted digitally to email@example.com or via standard mail to 1919 M Street, NW, 5th Floor, Washington, DC 20036. Entries will not be returned.
Parents or legal guardians of our finalists will be contacted by December 10 to obtain a release form.
Winning artwork will be framed and presented to our 12 participating hospitals. Winners will also be announced mid-December via MBA and Opens Doors communication channels.
Who can enter:
This is an MBA Members-only contest.
Children ages 18 and younger can enter. One entry per child.
A panel of judges will choose 12 finalists, based on creativity and execution (three from each age group: 6 and younger; 7- 10; 11- 14; and 15 - 18.
What to enter:
There is no theme, think bold, bright and cheery. Original artwork only.
The winning design will be printed at 12 by 18 inches. It’s best to make your design as close to that size as possible.
Markers, crayons, paint, pencils, chalk, construction paper cutouts work best.
On the back of your entry, write your name, age, parent or legal guardian’s name and member company.
IMPORTANT: We need consent from a parent or legal guardian with each entry. To do so, write your child’s name, your full name and company on the back of the artwork and sign. Submission of an entry allows MBA to reproduce the image in print and online with the artist’s name.
