Our Hospitals
The families we help are the heart of our Foundation, but the engine is the network of hospitals and the social workers and medical staff we work with to identify families in need. Teams of people at our at our network hospital partners work with qualifying families to apply for a mortgage or rental assistance grant. We accept applications from staff at our network hospitals on a rolling basis. To be eligible for a grant beginning on the first of the month, grant applications must be received by the 1st of the month prior.

Since 2011, we've helped nearly 20,000 families from every state in the country, the District of Columbia and Guam, all because of the help of the hospitals/care facilities that are working with us to provide financial assistance nationwide.
